custom character into udk progress

i followed these tutorials to get our character into udk:

I fixed the exploding verts on the character seen here but when i re installed my udk the all the animset imports appeared lying down! to fix it i changed their rotation which now makes the skeletal import sideways 

the two animations have been imported. they are just tiny movements to get it working



scaling issue.
